The Role

We are seeking a Technology Lead with strong system integration, data integration, and application development expertise who can lead technical delivery activities and drive successful delivery of enterprise initiatives while ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement.


Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

• Lead the technical design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise technology solutions.
• Design, develop, and support ETL solutions using Talend, including data transformation, data migration, data quality, and integration workflows.
• Participate in architecture definition and planning, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, cloud strategies, DevOps practices, and engineering best practices.
• Establish development governance, CI/CD practices, and deployment standards.
• Provide technical mentorship and coaching to team members while promoting engineering excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and support operational stability of critical applications.
• Work closely with distributed teams across multiple geographies to deliver quality solutions in a timely manner.
  
  
  Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

We'd love to work with you if you have:

• Strong technical background and hands-on experience in software development and solution design for enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Talend ETL, data Integration, system integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting data across multiple systems and interfaces.
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience in Salesforce, Kafka and Precision lender is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, understanding concepts across diverse technology stacks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is considered an asset.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Spanish, both written and verbal.
