Shape how employees across countries experience change. As the Senior Manager, Change Management within Global HR Solutions, you’ll lead enterprise‑level programs that span languages, cultures, and time zones—moving people from awareness to adoption with clarity and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner across HR (Experience Design, HRBPs, Communications, Learning) to deliver change that sticks, while ensuring work is executed in line with governing regulations, internal policies, and our risk and control standards.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Lead the change strategy for assigned initiatives, aligning to the GHR Change Management framework and embedding desired behaviours across impacted groups.
  • Design and activate bilingual (EN/ES) communications, training, and engagement plans that deliver the target employee experience.
  • Test, learn, and iterate with the Experience Design team—run user testing, incorporate feedback, and refine journeys prior to launch.
  • Own the plan—manage change milestones, interdependencies, and resources; integrate with the broader program roadmap.
  • Enable leaders and partners—coach sponsors and stakeholders to drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment.
  • Measure what matters—define adoption KPIs, track results, and use insights to course‑correct.
  • Sustain the change—build reinforcement plans and hand‑offs with Business leads to ensure a smooth transition to steady state.
  • Listen and respond—facilitate employee feedback loops and convert signals into clear action plans.
  • Uphold controls and standards—operate in accordance with values, code of conduct, and risk/controls expectations.

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have:

 

  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large scale and/or global change management initiatives with proven adoption and sustainment outcomes.
  • Advanced capability in change management methodologies and tools, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communications and training design, readiness planning, and reinforcement activities.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills - able to write, present, and simplify complex information across cultures and levels with clarity and precision.
  • A strong advisory mindset, with the ability to influence senior leaders and provide thoughtful, strategic guidance to HR partners.
  • Excellent relationship building skills, with a track record of navigating diverse stakeholder groups, including senior executives.
  • Proven facilitation and presentation skills in both English and Spanish, with confidence leading discussions, workshops, and sessions.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive, self-directed approach to moving work forward.
  • An innovative, curious mindset, comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous, and fast changing environments.
  • An MBA or other advanced business designation (an asset).
  • Experience applying behavioural science or human centred design to change strategies (an asset).
