Product Designer Associate

Contribute to the overall success of our global platform by ensuring alignment and timely feedback across different product design proposals. The Senior Product Designer will play a crucial role in the production stage, gathering insights and data to identify urgent issues and preventive adjustments.

 

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for aligning design proposals created by different Product Designers, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a cohesive user experience across a single global platform. He will be actively involved in the product production stage, gathering insights and data to identify urgent issues and recommend preventive adjustments. In collaboration with the agile team, they will represent the voice of the customer, enable peers, and tirelessly advocate for the vision and customer experience

 

 

•     Collaborate with various Product Designers to ensure proposals are aligned in only one global product.

 

•     Provide timely feedback to maintain a cohesive and unified user experience across the global platform.

 

•     Engage in the product production stage to gather insights and data.

 

•     Identify urgent issues and recommend preventive adjustments to enhance the product.

 

•     Provide regular reporting on the status of design artifacts and their alignment with program timelines.

 

•     Liaise with product and technology teams to provide guidance on feature implementation.

 

•     Actively collaborate with the agile team throughout the product lifecycle

 

•     Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

 

 

Experience

-        3+ years of experience focusing on UI/UX in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

-        A demonstrated portfolio of work (personal and professional) which showcases the projects you have worked on

-        Experience working in an agile environment is considered an asset

-        Experience working with products and services for banking and finance industry.

-        Experience in creating digital products for the banking sector in different countries.

-        Experience working on financial products that have a global impact in different countries.

 

Functional Skills

-           Produce compelling designs to illustrate concepts iteratively through sketches, site maps, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

-           Usage of industry-standard tools for design and prototyping (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite etc.). Figma experience is a must. 

-           Exercise a high level of technical acuity with a thorough understanding of front-end technologies and factor it into your work limitations and constraints, knowing when to push boundaries

-           Envision multiple alternative patterns and options to solve a single design problem.

-           Hold the product output to a high standard.

-           Keep up and experiment with new design trends.

-           Demonstrate strong presentation design and/or visualization skills.

-           Be open to feedback as an important aspect of getting to your best work.

-           Have an interest in data and how it can improve your design
