Purpose
As a Configuration Analyst within the Smart Automation Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and executing deployment activities across QA and Production environments for RPA solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines, coordinating release schedules, and ensuring smooth deployment of automation packages. This role requires strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliable and compliant automation delivery.
Accountabilities
• Manage end-to-end deployment activities for RPA solutions across QAT and Production environments.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automation projects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Coordinate with RPA Developers, Infra, and QA teams to ensure readiness for deployment and rollback planning.
• Create and manage release documentation, including deployment checklists, release notes, and change records.
• Monitor deployment health and troubleshoot issues during and postdeployment.
• Ensure compliance with change management and governance frameworks during release cycles.
• Maintain version control and configuration management for automation packages and related assets.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to validate deployment requirements and timelines.
• Support environment setup, access provisioning, and infrastructure coordination for automation solutions.
• Participate in release planning meetings and provide input on deployment feasibility and risk mitigation.
• Track and report deployment metrics, including success rates, rollback incidents, and environment stability.
• Maintain deployment calendars and communicate release schedules to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes and automation delivery standards.

Education / Experience / Other Information
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in deployment management, configuration analysis, or DevOps within automation or technology operations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Pega, Automation Anywhere) and their deployment lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of environment management, release coordination, and version control.
• Experience with change management tools and processes (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills during deployment activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite offshore team model and manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies and release planning practices.
• Certifications such as UiPath Deployment Manager, DevOps Foundation, or ITIL (preferred but not mandatory).
Working Conditions
Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
When required, non-standard office working hours for scheduled implementations or while on rotational 24x7 on-call support.
