The Catalyst Operations Development Program is your one-stop shop for launching a supercharged and dynamic career in ScotiaGBS! The world of Operations is fast-paced and ever-changing.
As a Catalyst, Associate you will join as a full-time employee and will complete three rotations over a 24-month program. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a permanent role where you will leverage your experience and continue to support critical bank operations.
ScotiaGBS provides the mission-critical support for all our business-units, customers, and various banking operations in Canada and Latin America. We are experts in Global Contact Centres, Global Fraud Management and Collections, Finance, Innovation, Support Services (to name a few!).
As a Catalyst Associate, you will develop your skills in data analytics, project management, and strategy work.
Is this program right for you? In this program you will:
• Manage internal and external relationships
• Foresee problems before they arise, recognize efficiencies, and overcome challenges
• Challenge yourself and the team members around you to be better.
Do you have the skills and requirements that will enable you to succeed in this program?
• An Undergraduate degree completed between 2023 and mid 2025.
• A strong understanding of Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
• You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, competitions, and/or hackathons.
• You have advanced English proficiency (C1 level desired)
