The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle (from event capture through final payment) of income events, executing daily operational controls, prioritizing workflow, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and performing timely escalations to meet defined service levels.
The successful candidate will ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable regulations, as well as internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks, contributing to a high-quality, client-focused Asset Servicing operation.
Accountabilities

-Support the department manager by checking and updating/clearing control accounts every day to avoid old outstanding items. Train and cross-train team members as needed, help cover teammates’ tasks during high volumes or projects, and complete other ad hoc duties when required.
-Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
-Create a work environment where the team operates efficiently and follows daily business controls. Ensure the team follows the Bank’s rules and policies to manage operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk, in line with the applicable internal frameworks and guidelines.
