What you will be doing:
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Delivery is responsible for leading a team of Digital Marketing Delivery Managers to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of end-to-end customer journeys across all digital marketing campaigns. This role will oversee strategic delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving operational excellence across the fully owned digital marketing funnel. The Senior Manager will work in close partnership with the Client Strategy, Marketing Planning, Content Designers and Client Solution Product teams to shape and execute integrated strategies that drive maximum impact and efficiency. This role demands exceptional leadership to inspire, mentor, and empower the team, fostering a high-performance culture built on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Delivery will report directly to the Director, Digital Marketing Delivery.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategic orchestration and execution of all digital marketing campaigns across owned channels including email, push notifications, mobile ads, .com promotions, and emerging digital touchpoints.
- Guide and collaborate with editorial and creative teams to deliver content that aligns with marketing strategy and campaign objectives, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Champion cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Client Experience, Customer Insights, Product Management, Martech, Contact Centres, and other key stakeholders to deliver growth and retention-focused communications and measure success.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analysis of client behaviour, channel performance, and segmentation to deliver data-informed campaign optimizations that enhance message relevance and maximize campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to harness analytic platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio Pro to monitor campaign performance, apply real-time optimizations, and uncover actionable insights that shape future strategies.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with Tangerine Marketing and Product teams, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Delivery Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to build capability and deliver excellence.
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements, maintaining awareness of amendments and responsibilities to safeguard organizational integrity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- University Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience – MBA from a leading institution is highly desirable
- Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience in demanding digital-oriented Tier-1 organizations (e.g. Telco, Banking, Retail, Technology, etc.)
- Minimum 6-8 years of strategic digital marketing experience, working in an agile/quick to market environment is an asset
- Hands-on experience with journey orchestration platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), Braze, or similar tools for designing and managing customer journeys.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA) or Adobe Analytics for measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
