What you will be doing:

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Delivery is responsible for overseeing multiple marketing delivery squads and ensuring their priorities align with business objectives. Acting as a squad coach, this role drives efficiency in delivery processes and fosters strong collaboration with key stakeholders. The Senior Manager enhances squad capabilities through continuous improvements with our Martech team and offshore delivery partners, evaluates squad velocity, and manages resource allocation to optimize performance and campaign execution. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Client Strategy, Marketing Enablement, Marketing Planning, Content Design, and Client Solution Product teams to shape and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that maximize impact and efficiency. This role requires a relentless focus on operational excellence, constantly identifying opportunities to refine channel functionality, streamline processes, and enhance squad capabilities. The Senior Manager champions a culture of speed and precision, driving accelerated delivery without compromising accuracy or quality. By embedding best practices, eliminating inefficiencies, and maintaining rigorous standards, this role ensures campaigns are executed flawlessly while fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all delivery operations.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Enhance squad capabilities through process optimization, technology adoption, and skill development in partnership with Martech and delivery teams, ensuring the squad remains future-ready.
  • Evaluate squad velocity and manage resources by monitoring performance metrics, balancing workloads, and forecasting needs to optimize productivity and meet delivery timelines.
  • Assist in prioritizing the squad’s delivery calendar by aligning roadmap activities with organizational objectives, managing dependencies, and adjusting priorities based on business impact.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Client Experience, Customer Insights, Product Management, Martech and other key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns. Proactively strengthen partnerships and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, alignment, and overall working relationships.
  • Shield squads from distractions by removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and advocating for the squad’s objectives to maintain focus on delivering campaigns that meet the definition of ready.
  • Participate in squad ceremonies such as stand-ups, discovery sessions, partner reviews, planning, and retrospectives, driving alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving squad OKRs by aligning activities with measurable outcomes, tracking progress, and fostering accountability for effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the team to harness analytic platforms such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio Pro to monitor campaign performance, apply real-time optimizations, and uncover actionable insights that shape future strategies.
  • Become a channel expert by understanding benchmarks and providing guidance to delivery managers on program and product-level impacts across all digital-owned channels, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimised channel performance.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements, maintaining awareness of amendments and responsibilities to safeguard organizational integrity.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • University Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience in demanding digital-oriented Tier-1 organizations (e.g. Telco, Banking, Retail, Technology, etc.)
  • Minimum 6-8 years of strategic digital marketing experience, working in an agile/quick to market environment is an asset
  • Hands-on experience with journey orchestration platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), Braze, or similar tools for designing and managing customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA) or Adobe Analytics for measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
