What you will be doing:
Leads Tangerine’s adoption of Adobe Workfront and content supply chain enablement, managing workflows and requirements, and building executive reporting to share performance and insights. The Senior Manager, Content Supply Chain Enablement is responsible for building, maintaining, and updating centralized work management platform, supporting the new Enterprise Asset DAM and asset migration, and contributing as needed to evolving content supply chain roadmap to drive process improvements.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Configure Workfront platform to meet marketing requirements, driving user adoption and providing work management transparency through accurate and effective reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand current state, difficulties and demo Workfront solutions to meet those challenges
- Create and deliver training content for cross-functional teams on system functionality, updated features, and new processes
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, adoption, standardization, alignment, and enterprise roadmaps
- Regularly review intake processes and user feedback to ensure implementation is meeting expectations, making adjustments as needed to improve the user experience and metrics
- Create, share, and update reports and dashboards as requested by leadership, partnering with business units on requirements
- Review and prepare for Workfront releases, implementing new functionality and communicating new features as needed
- Collaborate on full content supply chain enablement, including asset migration and processes for Enterprise DAM
- Support CMS content updates as needed, stepping in to triage requests for 3rd party execution when required
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Workfront Certification or Workfront System Admin experience (or desire to complete Workfront certification within 6 months)
- Experience managing change with cross-functional teams
- Experience building KPI reporting and analytics
- Experience interacting with different stakeholders at all levels
- Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects and timelines
- Experience creating and delivering user training
- Passionate about digital content and marketing technology automation
- Customer Service mindset with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet business objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time management skills and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and drive initiatives with multiple deadlines
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
