What you will be doing:
The Manager, Brand Management is responsible for leading Tangerine’s integrated creative campaigns to ensure exceptional brand presence that drives long-term demand and affinity for the bank. This role oversees upper funnel marketing initiatives, product positioning, and enterprise-level brand campaigns, working in collaboration with product owners and paid, owned and earned channel partners to ensure initiatives align with business objectives and achieve measurable targets. The individual will demonstrate a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and creative execution.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of Tangerine’s brand strategy to ensure campaigns reflect brand values, connect with target audiences, and deliver desired business outcomes across all channels (i.e. digital, email, mobile, print, radio, direct, television).
- Develop and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and agency partners, ensuring alignment on business goals, marketing priorities, and creative direction.
- Ensure programs are delivered on-time and within budget, proactively flagging barriers that may impede anticipated outcomes.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance targeting, creative effectiveness, and overall performance.
- Champion brand consistency, ensuring all external and internal communications are on brand and utilize the appropriate tone and messaging.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for programs, and provide regular reporting updates.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation, process optimization, and best practice adoption.
- Direct and prioritize ongoing marketing operations, including website updates, fulfillment, regulatory communications, and compliance with marketing review processes.
- Engage appropriate stakeholders throughout the process, including Legal, Compliance, and related Brand partners
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or product marketing, ideally within financial services
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across both traditional and digital channels (online, email, television, radio, out-of-home, etc.).
- Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-impact marketing programs.
- Experience managing large-scale programs, budgets and timelines
- Ability to solve problems and work in a matrixed environment.
