We live and breathe product design and thrive on creating user experiences that truly stand out. If you’re an inspiring leader and strong communicator who knows how to build and lead high-performance design teams, you're the one we want.
As a Lead Mobile Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the omni-channel experience. Your primary objective will be to lead a team of native designers in crafting seamless, engaging user journeys and interactions through design research, compelling visuals, and strong UX principles.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

- Strategic Planning: You will contribute to strategic planning by conducting user studies, identifying client and business needs, and aligning the UX strategy with business objectives, working closely with your peers.
- Mobile Acumen: You’ll not only lead and manage a team of native mobile designers, but also roll up your sleeves and design when needed. To support your team effectively, you must have a deep understanding of native mobile experiences, including the nuances between iOS and Android platforms. You should know their UI guidelines inside and out and be able to apply best practices to create intuitive, platform-consistent designs.
- Design Direction: You will be responsible for providing design direction ensuring a consistent experience across all touchpoints. This includes creating design guidelines and processes, reviewing design artifacts, and providing feedback to the team.
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as a liaison between the design team and other stakeholders, such as product managers, engineers, and executives, to advocate for usercentered design and negotiate design decisions.
- Hands-on Design and Support: In a lean, flat team environment, you will need to be hands-on with design work and provide direct support to the product team when needed, including creating wireframes, prototypes, or design assets, and collaborating closely with the product team to integrate the experience into the product development process.
