The Team 
The Technology Transformation team is an exciting team with the mandate to design, develop, and execute the global technology strategy for the Bank. 
 

The Role 
This role will work closely with a Director or Senior Manager and additionally will have a great deal of exposure to senior executives, business line leaders and a diverse set of stakeholders to assess current capabilities, identify opportunities and design future state operating model, capabilities, and implementation roadmaps.

 

Some of the key accountabilities include:
 

     Transformation Program 
•    Support one or more large scale technology transformation initiatives from inception to execution working with technology teams across the Bank
•    Work with teams to perform business analysis to develop viable business cases including initiative cost/benefit analysis, hardware/software costs, resource forecasting, financial analysis, excel modeling and work with pivot tables
•    Lead one or more streams within a project, including leading problem-solving sessions, workshops and interviews with cross-functional and business line working team members and subject matter experts
 

     Stakeholder Management
•    Present and communicate with our Technology Leadership team, including VPs and Directors on an ongoing basis to gather feedback, report progress and solve issues
•    Work closely with technical teams and SMEs to ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time, within budget forecasts and deliver value identified at inception
•    Work closely with non-technology teams including business lines, HR, Finance and Risk to ensure technology initiatives are meeting business needs and are integrated within the bank effectively
 

     Collaboration
•    Share knowledge and collaborate with others within the team and with other teams across the Bank to ensure effective delivery of projects

 

What You Will Bring to Succeed 
•    Undergraduate degree in business or engineering; graduate business degree/MBA is a strong asset
•    Background in Technology and working knowledge of various IT concepts is strongly preferred (e.g., different programing languages, agile work, cloud computing, etc.)
•    Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy is a strong asset
•    Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment
•    Great interpersonal skills, leadership and influential capabilities
•    Self-motivated; work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams 
•    Great presentation and written communication skills 
•    Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
