Reporting to the Sales Development Strategy Lead, as the Digital Administrator, you will be accountable for the back-end processes, managing the housing and structure of content and ensuring optimal performance of the platform. You will also be responsible for training and supporting new users of the platform including advisors and the Regional Management Teams.

 

This is a remote position. 

 

How you will contribute: 

 

  • You will work closely with the Sales Development Leadership to position Brainshark, which is the digital training and coaching platform for client facing employees at MD Financial Management, as the virtual coaching platform, providing support for virtual coaching and training initiatives.
  • You will ensure education and training curriculums are structured optimally on the platform for delivery to the field.
  • You will support various content creators and authors with presentation scripting and video creation, ensuring equal weight is given to both French and English content.
  • You will act as the overall administrator of the platform:
    • liaising with MD’s IT onboarding team to ensure Brainshark users are up to date, adding and removing users as applicable and reporting on any unusual activity
    • creating and managing groups and folders
    • troubleshooting user problems
    • performing semi-annual bulk uploads of users and groups
    • investigating opportunities to improve the process or functionality
    • making sure all links to Brainshark from other internal platforms are current and active
    • archiving older content
    • managing automated email messaging for new and existing users
    • assisting in the development of measures to monitor effectiveness of resources and processes and track against business results
    • participating in design sprints to update and refresh landing pages and keep pace with changes in digital engagement
    • act as MD’s liaison to the Brainshark Support Group.
  • You will maintain the Brainshark Admin handbook.

What you Need

  • Post-secondary education
  • Technical aptitude with experience in managing digital projects
