Change Control and Logical Access Administrator

Work Location: 720 King Street West (King & Bathurst)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role utilizes a combination of technical skills to facilitate change requests, and offer administration support in regards to logical access.
Key accountabilities for this role:
- Ensure all access, documentation and authorizations adhere to Scotiabank approved policies and procedures;
- Identify and escalate any non-compliance issues in regards to account changes and control functions;
- Perform logical access reviews to comply with audit control measures;
- Monitor a variety of systems logs for Operating Systems, Applications and Firewalls;
- Process change requests with effective communication to business units;
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Superior written and oral communication;
- Effective time management;
- Works well under pressure;
- Understanding of technology.
EDUCATION AND ACCREDITATIONS:
- College Diploma or Degree.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- The position will require flexibility with work required on some weekends and evenings.
