Application Development Manager Fixed Income and Mocatta

POSITION SUMMARY:

Key accountabilities for this role:

You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the development and implementation of applications;
  
  
• Manage the team that analyzes the business requirements;
  
  
• Schedule the resources and monitor the progress of the project plan;
  
  
• Provide technical direction, coaching and mentoring to the project team;
  
  
• Manage the support of the production systems during user acceptance testing..
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Utilize your five plus years of development and business systems analysis to solve and troubleshoot problems;
  
  
• Utilize the three plus years of strong leadership skills to ensure the team provides needed business support;
  
  
• Five years experience in object oriented design and on-line processing technologies;
  
  
• Five years of experience in supporting developed applications, platforms or architecture;
  
  
• Experience with banking and/or Capital Markets development preferred.

• Client/Server Computing;
  
  
• Java technologies (JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Cobra Weblogic);
  
  
  
• Database (Oracle, SQL, Sybase);
